@EalingCustSer appalled that my parking ticket not revoked. As a new mother, sleep deprived, I put a "O" instead of 0 when I entered my licence plate electronically onto parking app, and you have refused to rescind the ticket

@ealingparking Appalled that my appeal against parking ticket was rejected. I HAD paid 6 pounds on an app and put a O instead of a 0 and received a ticket. I am an NHS worker on maternity leave, sleep deprived, and this is how I'm treated

@EalingCouncil Absolutely outrageous. I have appealed my parking ticket which I paid electronically and put a "O" instead of "0" as a new sleep deprived mother, and you have rejected my appeal. Shame on you
