@AirCanada I was told by @FlyYOW that my lost bag would be delivered yesterday since it was @aeroportsMTL, 24 hours later and still no bag and no update or info available. Called your info line and it was #nothelpful. How is this possible with multiple MTL to YOW flights daily?
