Hi @WyzeCam - Bought a Wyze cam <1yr ago. It’s failed twice. Warranty clearly says replacements remain covered — yet Wyze is denying it. Not ok. #WarrantyRights
Disappointed with @WyzeCam. My cam failed < 1 yr warranty & the replacement has now failed too. Wyze refuses to honour the remaining warranty, even though their own policy states replacements remain covered. No mention anywhere of a “one replacement limit.” #ConsumerRights

@flxbike No response since last Sept 14th email re: #59513 for battery and handle bar issues despite multiple follow up requests. Ticket status still open/unresolved. Highly unsatisfactory experience.
@Bob_Loveridge @flxbike Sadly I agree they have horrible customer service. Tried contacting them b4 making a purchase via all channels (online chat, phone & email) to ensure proper diligence. It took them over 1 mth to respond to all 4 Qs through email as not all Qs could be answered thru chat.

I see a lot of people - on both "sides" - making simple mistakes about masks. I've studied PPE, taught PPE, and overseen PPE programs, including teams implementing fit testing in hospitals, long before covid.
