I’d like to congratulate @thewhitecompany on their very interesting packaging.

A crystal vase, costing well over £100 for my goddaughters 21st birthday has arrived in several dozen pieces.

Its only protection in the inner box was one piece of paper.

One..

Has to be one of the worst wrapped parcels I’ve ever received, with the inevitable consequences.

Suggest you have a word with your packaging team White Company, this is not only disappointing but madly inconvenient. Now having to go through the rigmarole of contacting you etc. - time I don’t have.

Look forward to receiving a very well wrapped replacement in the next few days… 🙄

On Sunday, we celebrated our amazing service animals with the first ever Service of Thanksgiving in the UK.

Hundreds came to @GlosCathedral and thousands joined online.

It was poignant, moving, and reminded us of the remarkable service our dogs and horses give us.

Our gratitude is endless - to The Dean of Gloucester and his cathedral staff; to the MANY handlers who came from all over the country from the services we support to be with us; to @AuraCareLiving for their kind sponsorship of the event; to the volunteers; to Newent & District Choral Society and the cathedral choir; and to everyone who joined us in person, or online.

Our amazing ambassadors were there too; @nickyJphoto - @LlewelynBowen - @JLlewelynBowen - @Cat_The_Vet - as well as dear friends @PipTomson and @alexlovelltv
and they were joined by Gloucestershire’s High Sheriff, - Dame Fiona Reynolds.

Also thanks to our wonderful @CotswoldTV Tom, who has taken loads of footage - that’s for another post!

A special thanks to @ASPolice who kindly brought two beautiful police horses to meet the public - it was very special to have them there, watching gently over the dozens of handlers and dogs from all over the UK.

And our love and respect to @VicPictoria who took all these wonderful photos - they have made many memories for us. Victoria donated her time and massive talent to the charity, and we are so grateful and very lucky.

If you’d like to see the service, it’s on Gloucester Cathedral’s Facebook and YouTube channels.

We will, without doubt, do it all again next year!

@EastMidRailway Thank you, I will.

[Cat The Vet @Cat_The_Vet]

I’ve bought this, it’s great! Definitely recommend if you want to learn more about bunnies!

[Cat The Vet @Cat_The_Vet]

@EastMidRailway It would be so nice if you actually put on enough carriages to accommodate the amount of tickets you sell. Standing room only on this train to London, surely a predictable problem for you.

Doubtless it will be the same on the way home as well. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Dear friends - this is not about us - but a member of our police family from @Glos_Police.

A loved and respected sergeant is facing an unimaginable tragedy after losing his family in a house fire on Christmas Day night.

Tom had a wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters and they all perished along with their family dog, despite his repeated heroic efforts to try and save them.

He has been left with nothing, and he needs our support to at least help rebuild his life.

Every donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference.

Please consider contributing, or sharing this message to help Tom whose entire world has utterly collapsed.

Our hearts go out to Tom, his friends, family and the wider police family. We cannot even begin to imagine, it is simply beyond comprehension.

Thank you.

[WAGs Retired Police Dogs @999WAGS]

We would just love @RpdDixie to be able to continue playing and having fun with her friends, which is why we are asking for donations towards her fundraiser.

RPD Dixie requires a vital stem cell top-up to keep her fit and healthy, and to make sure she keeps having fun in her retirement.

Thank you so much to everyone who has already donated, we are so grateful.
https://t.co/Co6ofdV5yA please keep pushing 🐾💙
