Even people using private cars have to walk/roll to destinations so every single person benefits from improved walkability/rollability. Sidewalks first!

@BerkeleyScanner This is horrific. I avoid cycling on SPA because it's often terrifying. The only time it feels somewhat safe is when it's really really crowded, forcing cars to go slow. Now I have a new fear. My heart goes out to the cyclist & their loved ones.
