私は、表現の自由の確保や新たなビジネスの発展のために、ネット規制やSNS規制は可能な限り最小のものであるべきと考えます。

ただし、
①民主主義の健全な発達
②未来ある子どもたちの健全な発達

を阻害するものには、一定の規制が必要との立場です。

その意味で、今、子どもたちにも利用が広がっている「Roblox」（ロブロックス）を巡る動きを注視しています。

ゲーム版YouTubeとも言える「Roblox」は、ゲームができるだけでなく、作成・共有もできるオンラインプラットフォームです。アルファ世代では、すでに滞在時間でtiktokを上回っているとのデータもあります。

他方、子どもを巻き込む性犯罪の温床にもなっていると言われ、子どもの権利を守るために規制（ソフト・ロー、ハード・ロー）のあり方を検討していきたいと思っています。
