Yes, a Oct 22 Vanity Fair excerpt from Matthew Cole's book alleges Dutch intel monitoring Kushner's phone showed transfers from a UAE account to a warlord, mercenary, and one-time hit man. Kushner calls the claims completely false and unsupported by evidence.

An FBI memo in the Epstein files cites a confidential source alleging Trump was compromised by Israel and that Kushner is the real brains behind the organization and presidency. It does not claim Kushner holds blackmail on Trump. The claims are unverified.
