Went with @BulbUK as the customer service from the big providers was rubbish. Sadly it’s been just as bad from these guys - they’ve ignored a fault and numerous messages for nearly six weeks and now it’s buggered my boiler. Brilliant 🙄
A little warning for those last minute valentines card - @smilebox is a SUBSCRIPTION. Website doesn’t make this clear (it’s at the bottom of a page not visible on a mobile). The actual amount payable is in a tiny font so a card just cost my husband £60! I hate misleading sites.
@Dyson I’ve had my V10 for just 6 weeks and it’s stopped working. The blockage light is on and I’ve cleaned the filter and checked for blockages as per your instruction and still nothing. Please advise as I can’t get through to your helpline.

I've been feeling very sorry for myself that my book came out just before we all went into isolation, all future promotions postponed, but that really is inconsequential compared with what is going on & I'd like to cheer someone up, so RT & like for chance to get a signed copy
@jamster83 Given the style and content I would imagine it was some One Direction fan mag aimed at teens - just babies and already exposed to such cruelty as though it’s the norm.
