@the_scarfie @antonposa Definitely not, pretty sure I was indirectly responsible for Haumole's shoulder injury amongst others

@steven_risto @antonposa Still willing to be your punching bag and blame target for any poor SC decisions you may make 🤣

[Wilfred @CatfishSC]

@McintoshDane1 My deepest condolences for your loss mate, thoughts are with you and your family

@CatfishSC is joined by @DaveyCampbell85 the 2024 runner-up to discuss his successful but not quite fully successful 2024 #NRLSuperCoach season!

One round left for #NRLSuperCoach in 2024, and one last solo episode for this season from @CatfishSC for Round 27. We'll be back next week though!

Roosters confirm Dom Young, Daniel Tupou & Lindsay Collins all won’t play tomorrow night.

Dealing with minor niggles but all expected to be available for selection in week 1 of the finals series.

[SuperCoach Champions @NRLSC_Champions]

This week @CatfishSC and @Surgebuster combined with Mark Barnes a.k.a. Barnesy from the @NRL_SC_Allstars podcast to chat all things #NRLSuperCoach-related for Rd 27!

[NRL PHYSIO @nrlphysio]

Payne Haas will undergo surgery on his Lisfranc injury next week. He had initially avoided surgery & returned 4 weeks post injury - playing 76 minutes in Round 26.

This surgery type usually comes with a 3-4 month recovery period - challenging rehab for important part of the foot

[Wilfred @CatfishSC]

The sheer audacity for me to think that my curse was done for the year.

Yeah nah you wish, said the #NRLSuperCoach gods.

Sorry Sammy 😭 #anotheronebitesthedust

[NRL PHYSIO @nrlphysio]

Scans unfortunately confirm Sam Walker ruptured his ACL today (via @badel_cmail). Previous partial tear now complete.

Surgery & 6-9 months recovery (though most closer to 9 months these days) - means he could miss as many as 10 games next season. Horrible news, feel for Walker.

[Wilfred @CatfishSC]

What a way to finish. My heart is full ❤️ #SJ4eva

P.S. damn dust storms in my living room

[NRL PHYSIO @nrlphysio]

Jamal Fogarty has been ruled out for the Raiders this week after suffering a minor hamstring injury at training (via @Super_Couch).

Tough to return to play within 10 days of minor hammy strains due to the elevated re-injury risk - could mean Fogarty’s season is over.

[NRL PHYSIO @nrlphysio]

Nicho Hynes a confirmed starter for the Sharks in Round 26 - an 8 week return to play after he required surgery on a tibia fracture & ruptured syndesmosis. Impressive return time with a complex injury like that.

Siosifa Talakai won’t play - succumbing to a lingering calf issue.

[NRL PHYSIO @nrlphysio]

Tom Trbojevic came off with a significant facial laceration & shoulder injury.

Positive news is he passed his HIA - not so positive news is he will go for scans on a suspected AC joint injury. Had previous instability episode in right shoulder (2020) so adds to the concern.

[Wilfred @CatfishSC]

@steven_risto @TedRoker @10NewsFirstQLD @brisbanebroncos @NRL_SC_Allstars The 24 hr cut for the Phins/Broncos game should be confirmed in the 30 mins before the Dogs kickoff so you'd get a better idea before then. I would lean towards Haas playing though, man is not human haha

[Ted Roker @TedRoker]

Payne Haas will play the Battle for Brisbane! He'll likely come in for Ben Te Kura, they'll make the call tomorrow. Deine Mariner is sick and hasn't trained all week. If he's out, Cobbo will move to the centres, and Karapani to wing @10NewsFirstQLD @brisbanebroncos
