@DrTedros @WHO There are #9cases confirmed to have infected the new coronavirus in #Taiwan so far, and we didn't receive any assistance from the @WHO. What cooperation and info-sharing could possibly work when you ignore a 24-million-people country with 9 confirmed cases of infection?
