@EmilioLees I agree with @Peeple_Laura. Other possible adjustments might include dim lighting, a separate breakout room/chill out space, session plans sent in advance, video walk throughs of the spaces being used including parking and toilet facilities, pictures of the facilitators.

@mrjoeaustin I was assistant director for @BristolOldVic’s MainStage Xmas show this year through an openly advertised process. I’d never worked in the building or met anyone in the creative team before. I’m truly grateful for that experience & totally agree there needs to be more of this.

@Hannahlucystone @TheGramophones_ You might need an individual approach for each venue, as they’ll all be different in terms of wall anchor points, ease of get in, access to water for filling IBC’s, etc, etc. But 100% Howie Morley is the man you need x
