As it currently stands, fellowship trained complex pelvic surgeons who take Endo out of the bowels, rectum, bladder, ureters, chest, Fallopian tubes, ovaries, and uterus lose money for hospitals by doing the right operation because they are “Gynecologists” and there are no codes
