@Sofology anyone care to tell me where my sofa that I ordered on 4th June and paid for in full on that day is? I had one delivery booked for 11th July which had to be cancelled and since then no one has helped me. Can’t rebook online and staff don’t care and say they can’t help!

@TUIUKcares They have never managed to help me! No one can... they all just say they are sorry and can see why I’m annoyed and that they can try and escalate but can’t do any more... this has been going on for over 9 months and I’m still owed over £300 #tui#tuidoesntcare
