@spencerpratt All you have to do is look at anywhere that union film/tv jobs are posted and you'll see almost none are in California. Even NYC is getting more work than California. Somehow NYC - under Mamdani - is still a more desirable place to film than LA!

You don't have to do a complete remodel to sell your house but if you're posting it FSBO with entire rooms with bare subfloor, evidence of a fire in a place that is not the fireplace or entire utilities that are not available... stop using the Zestimate as your selling price.

@elonmusk I think FSD is going to save so many lives that are now lost because of seniors with impaired vision/reaction time, drunk drivers, high drivers, etc. I'd like to see law where after multiple DUI's, you may *only* drive with a FSD vehicle and it must be engaged.

@Stellaaa A big one for me is, if I own the land, I can do as I please with it. If I want to build an ADU, I should not have to get this approved by anybody. It is MY land. Only if what I do is harming others (i.e. hoarding, rats, cooking meth) should anybody else get a vote.
