I felt like I was surrounded by weakness today to the point it was making me uncharitable and putting me in a negative mindset, which is a weakness on my part, so I threw on some @FewWillHunt and got after it!
As a firearms and self-defense instructor/trainer, I love e-mails like this! My clients and students are definitely my "Why." I always tell people that the range portion of concealed carry isn't as enjoyable for me as compared to the courses of fire for some of our other classes, but I absolutely love the curriculum! Being able to play a small part in people realizing their right to self-defense really means a lot to me. I always tell people to PLEASE continue to train, and challenge themselves with courses that they may find uncomfortable because, if they ever find themselves in a real critical incident or self-defense situation, that's not the first time they want to feel that physiological response.
You are entitled to nothing.
Just because you want/need something,
Does not mean you deserve to receive it.
You are responsible for your situation.
Own. Think. Do.

I made a 20-minute documentary about the border after I visited last June. Please watch it if you dare to believe that compassion and security can coexist. The tragic irony of our current open border policy is that it benefits nobody — not even the migrants themselves. #Kennedy24
Good health doesn’t come from a syringe; it comes from nutrition, sanitation, good water, and having access to medical treatment. WHO used to focus on that work, but now it and a slew of NGOs make momentous public health-related decisions that facilitate the agenda of the pharmaceutical industry and intrude on American sovereignty. When I’m president, I’ll put an end to that. #Kennedy24
At a recent Engage at the Bush Center event presented by NexPoint, Utah Governor @SpencerJCox, a Republican, and Kansas Governor @GovLauraKelly, a Democrat, had a highly entertaining conversation on the art of disagreeing better moderated by @keratx and @kerathink's Krys Boyd.
Here are FIVE takeaways on how to disagree better:
