Sad day today as I’ve just worked my last shift for @birmingham_live. I’ve been a reporter there and previously at Solihull News, for 12 years and have many fond memories. Shout out to my colleagues as they continue to work hard to deliver the news. Will miss you all.

How you’re wording it comes across that had the employee been trained to fit , it would have been ok and it’s not .
