Kinda surprised to see that the reorganization of WRHA continues during this pandemic. It’s not like the conservatives have this fourth wave under control. Maybe focus on the public health crisis instead? 1/
#300Crew#365. Walk 342. Beautiful, warm, sunny day. Met many friends & neighbours out for a walk, and stopped to chat. Hearing from family in Ireland too. Hoping situation changes so I can visit them.🇮🇪🇨🇦✈️🛫
#300Crew#365. Walk 341. Today on my walk, I thought of how lucky I am to live where the weather is cool, but safe. So much tragedy due to weather events.
We’ve been told that N95 masks are the best. They seem to fit the best. Yet we see our elected officials in Ottawa with cloth masks with cute designs. Sequins. Maple leaves, etc. why can’t they set an example. KN95 masks are better than medical masks & cloth masks.
@bkives This is entirely bullshit. This person Atwal does not know what s/he is talking about. For public health we care about identifying infectious ppl. The tests do not react to symptoms. They react to virus.
@MattMcLean1919@PCcaucus the lobbyists who keep them motivated to work for them are very smart and the lobbyists themselves motivated by the investors drooling over the opportunities for both a rigged pricing system and crazy insurance policies like the USA. Cons work for lobbyists more than the others
Welcome to Ontario, where the rich can afford to protect themselves for the holidays by buying rapid tests for $40 each, but the poor are left to hope for the best while COVID cases rise & the government lets 23 million rapid tests sit in warehouses collecting dust. #FreeTheRATs
@JillianHortonMD@TorontoStar@KindrachukJason@picardonhealth So sorry that these good doctors have to keep pushing so hard to have politicians hear them. The reality is so glaring, so terrible, so repetitive. It shouldn’t take so much screaming to be heard. Especially when these same docs are exhausted from trying to save us for so long
