(I actually think this is an overestimation for all zones because many of these are walk in or niche docs only)

@aanand1029 @BonnieraeLarson I’ve been a rural specialist for 20 years. The past 4 have been the worst ever for flight of docs and nurses. This started pre Covid and was worsened by UCP attacks and mismanagement
