When a team is united great things happen and the names and faces behind @F5FosterCare make great things happen every day. Tas is one of our Fostering Social Workers and the admiration and respect that she has for her team of carers and vice versa is clear for all to see.

We love Deb! When @F5FosterCare was created 4 and half years ago it was because we wanted to make a real difference to the lives of children, and through her child centred leadership of our service we get to see that happening on a daily basis. She just warms my heart <3

Carers want nothing more than to take pain and suffering away from our children but we can't always do that. But we can help advocate for the right support, we can teach coping strategies, we can help them process and understand why. We can and will, be right there beside them.

You may think I am biased but I honestly think we have the best team going at F5 Foster Care. A team with a united mission to make a difference to the lives of children across the midlands. Hence I couldn't stay away ;-)

@SafarazAli I was once told the biggest benefit of printed cards is as follows: Collect the card of anyone who annoys you and keep it in your bag or wallet, then if ever you accidentally bump a car at a car park, write sorry on the back of it and leave it on the windscreen 😉 #ClearlyAJoke
