Carmel, the powerful lead stallion, emerges from the Salt River with incredible strength, every muscle rippling as he steps onto the sandy shore and surges forward. Close behind is his loyal lieutenant Tado. Together trotting with effortless grace as they are going to get one of their mares.

A little bay filly born out on a pasture yesterday. She is a maiden mare (this was her first baby). The miracle of the baby standing and walking for the first time, only moments after being born.

There’s nothing like watching a new filly stand up for the first time.
