@StirlingWisdom Raw Jersey milk is the way to go. We had a Jersey cow when I was a kid. Once you skimmed the cream that rose to the top off of it, you were left with milk that was richer than whole Holstein milk.

@Lappe2018 @ryangerritsen I live in an area where there used to be several walk-in clinics. Now there's only one. The rest all got turned into regular practices during Covid. You have to line up in the wee hours of the morning, just to get an appointment at that walk-in clinic.
