Even if there is not a “declared state religion”, the reality is that a government is comprised of people who will govern based on their moral/ethical worldview. An individuals morals stem from their religious beliefs. So it’s impossible to split the two in practice.

However, Candace also has made claims that there is overwhelming evidence of a cover up. She needs to provide evidence for that.
