@AskNationwide I have become overdrawn because the low balance alert I have set up wasn't sent to me. I've tried the chat to us function in the app today but it hasn't been addressed
@marksandspencer I'm trying to order a collection through the app but only delivery is available. If I change the delivery address to my local store, it still wants to charge a delivery fee. Is that right?
@AskNationwide is there techincal issues with the app today? I'm trying to set up a new payee but it says technical difficulties but website says not. Happened a few time recently.
@AskNationwide Doesn't allow me to get beyond logging in before saying 'technical difficulties' also tried app again. Still not allowing me to create new payee
@marksandspencer I do buy from the website but on that occasion I was going on holiday the next day and thought I might find something but the more I looked in any range, there was nothing 20+
@AskNationwide Big shout out to Nationwide for putting me straight through to a human when I had my cards stolen in Majorca last week. They were the only bank that did!
