Just googled RUH because I hadn't got a clue. It's the Royal United Hospital in Bath! It just shows you how chalk and cheese hospitals can be! I have been in the Oldham and Bury hospital in the North West, and they are fantastic! Hope the Bath one gets better for you all! It must be a nightmare!
