@joebradford@arblauvelt What about charity solicitors such as @launchgood who charge "marketing" fees without ever informing donors and then ask unsuspecting donors to "support the platform" with a "tip"

What if we hold on until 30 yrs pass? If we don't save/invest during those 30 years, this is what we're left with:
* As renters = -$1,220,262
* With 30-yr = -$895,908
* With 50-yr = -$1,059,555
If we do save/invest during those 30 years, this is what we're left with:
* As renters = +$4,452,742
* 30-yr = +$2,840,107
* 50-yr = +$2,861,577
w/ the 50 yt, he still has 20 yrs left on the mortgage
Prophet Muhammad—upon him God’s blessing and peace—related the story of a wicked man who feared his reckoning with God so much that he ordered his sons to cremate his body, pulverize it to ash, dump half of it on land and the other half in the ocean. His hope in doing so was that God would not be able reassemble his body. But, of course, God did reassemble his body and then asked him, “Why did you do that?” When the man responded, “Out of fear of you, my Lord!” God, then, forgave him.
Sahih Muslim 2756 Sahih Al-Bukhari 7506
Interpretation:
Despite the man’s hope that God could not reassemble his body after going to such extremes, God did not treat him as one who rejects faith in the resurrection. That’s because his extreme acts—outwardly indicative of skepticism about God’s power—were yet the result of a conviction that in normal circumstances God would assuredly punish him for his moral depravity. God interpreted his actions as remorse and repentance for past misdeeds. As a result, He forgave him. This story is a clear manifestation of the divine prerogative to forgive and punish whoever He wills despite the sort of lives any of us lives.
Dear Lord! Please forgive us and show us mercy!
اللهم اغفر لنا و ارحمنا
What are some of your favorite fragrances for formal occasions?
I'm attending a conference today, so wearing MFK Amyris Homme, which to me is an elegant frag great for the office and formal settings.

@HassanShibly@CBP Can you do a video on the new case law? Last I heard they could sieze the phone without probable cause if you refuse to unlock.
Is there any guidance on if they can force you to connect your phone (locked) to one of their tools that may be able to break into it?
@joebradford What about Charity Solicitors who are taking a huge cut as “Marketing Fees” all the while giving donors the impression all of their money is going directly to the cause with no “platform fees” taken?
@bornshaikh has a great article one such example.
@EINS_Institute @arblauvelt@LaunchGood@bornshaikh I fundamentally don't have an issue with anyone making money - I hope everyone building platforms for the Muslim community is financially successful. I think when it comes to donations - there needs to be transparency on how much goes to the charity vs the charity solicitor.
@EINS_Institute @arblauvelt@LaunchGood You should read the article by @bornshaikh from a few years ago. The lack of clarity around how much of a contribution goes to the organization vs how much goes to @LaunchGood in the form of marketing caused me to stop using the platform.
@ImranMuneerTMM This isn't limited to EVs. Many modern vehicles have the technology built in to phone home. Not to mention that Cyber Security for vehicles has historically not been great.
@EINS_Institute This guy is so rich he never went to Aldi as a kid. This amazing "tech" has been around forever.
He's also wrong about the purpose. Aldi saves on staff corraling the carts; incentivising customers to return them. I doubt $0.25 is an attractive incentive if someone needs the tool
@joebradford@Farid_0v Isn't this how Amazon works? I've gotten Arabic books from Ihya Press in the past - printed in Monee, IL 2-3 days before I received the book.
