@RoyalMail@RoyalMailHelp I filled in the form for the complaint of damage on my property last week and I've still not heard anything back from anyone about compensation for the broken letter box and damage? Was told it would be sorted within 72 hours?
@ChesterRaces I won tickets for one of the race meetings in a comp last year, they're for this Friday but unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make it, do I have to be there if I give them to my brother and his gf to use? They were going to come with me but I can't go now โน๏ธ

@AphraBrandreth@HelloSanctuary Sanctuary letting people down again. Was promised someone would be out to fix a fence today now being told they can't find the complaint on record, been told noone can give us an update as not sanctuary customers but the fence is their property
@HelloSanctuary what a a surprise supposed to be out today to fix a fence and haven't turned up. My mums been waiting 5 years for this to be sorted. Just excuses and lies 1 after another. Absolute joke. ๐ ๐ ๐

@tfwrail I personally feel that's a very robotic response I shouldn't have to check the app to keep upto date whilst I'm physically stood on the platform waiting for the train.The train was actually there for 10 mins then suddenly got cancelled with no announcement. I will leave feedback
@tfwrail You have just cancelled the 10:43 chester to Liverpool lime street, I have an advanced ticket for that specific train. There was no announcement I had to find out by over hearing a conversation. I have now had to pay extra for the merseyrail train with 2 children! ๐ก
@tfwrail That's fine however I've now had to pay for an another train which I will not be able to claim back as I had to be in Liverpool by a certain time with 2 children who I've now had to pay for. More to the fact there were no announcements at all it just got removed from the board.

Absolute shocking customer service from @JustEatUK online chat. Put a voucher on the account just for it to disappear and be told I have to wait 72 hours for a response.
