SLF issues a stern warning to the Biden administration to stop its illegal and unconstitutional effort to impose a 10-knot speed limit for boats as small as 25 feet in the Atlantic. Under its proposed rule, going faster than 10 knots—the speed of a golf cart—can land a boat captain in jail (and a $20k fine).

We are proud to stand with the students at the University of New Mexico who just wanted to exercise their basic 1A rights to host speaker @Riley_Gaines_ with the help of @LeadershipInst but were punished for their views with enormous security fees. More at the link below.

Yesterday, we appeared before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of Brooke Henderson and Jennifer Lumley, two employees of Springfield Public Schools who were forced to commit to “anti-racism” and with the help of SLF, filed a First Amendment lawsuit.
