Maybe an extra word for some of my colleagues in DSB: Allana, Marlies, Houda, Gabby, Anne-Laure, Denis, Bastiaan, Hannah, Brittany, Mariana, Serkan, YongUk, Brent, Jote, Nicola... all of you, in your own ways, made those four last years extra special.
In fact my first PostDoc took place in Montreal. A complete scientific, social, and professional disaster. I was on the edge of giving up on any academic aspirations.
And @MarianWalhout gave me the opportunity to rebound. To learn. To grow. I'll be infinitely grateful for that. She will have influenced anything great I may achieve in the future.
It's been four incredible years filled with scientific excitment, frustration, and joy. Most importantly, I became a better version of myself at the end of these 4 years.
The word has started to spread and I still have a lot of stuff to take care of.. but here I am. Dear Twitter friends, I'll be leaving my PostDoc position in the Walhout lab early March to continue my journey in France.

Today I received my first NoA! Extremely excited to have an F31 grant from @theNCI, but mostly just feeling grateful to be mentored by @TheLeeLab and to be supported by so many wonderful people at @UMassChan, @UofNH, and beyond 🙂
