I fully support what @ManCity did. Yes, these rules are meant to protect smaller clubs from financial ruin BUT they also indirectly serve to protect the dominance of Man United, Liverpool and Arsenal. City showed that if everyone was allowed to spend what is at their disposal WISELY, the face of the top 4 would change. Things wouldn’t be so predictable. It would be a proper competitive league. I wish Newcastle was brave enough to do the same.
