@JetBlue Why would I get charged for a bag that was damaged during your flight on my way home? So not only do you want me to pay for a ruined/damaged bag but now I have to file a claim? Absolutely horrible customer service
@JetBlue I have a major concern with 1 of our bags. Our flight from Newark to San Juan with a layover in Tampa the luggage that was stored was severely damaged. Paid 50 dollars to check a bag just to have it significantly damaged. Please rectify this!
@SUBWAY do you normally charge 14.99 for a 6 inch turkey meal?! I went to the location at the Staten Island ferry which is horrible btw, ordered a 6 inch meal just to get the new @sanbenito cup & was charged 14 dollars! I realized after I had already got on the boat. Do better!
