@premierinn Yes you've replied again via DM. Again, you've ignored the purpose of the complaint. It relates to water pouring through the bathroom ceiling. Can you provide me with a contact number for customer xare because I'm tired of repeating myself on here.
@premierinn Water didn't pour through the ceiling till then and reception came into the room to see it with their own eyes. This was after a list of issues raised throughout the stay that made the stay harder for a disabled guests

@premierinn I see you have. You've asked for my postcode again. Which i provided Tuesday, Wednesday and again today. The customer services is shocking. This really isn't the way ti handle a complaint. It was bad enough navigating the two night stay as a disabled individual
