Once the countryside is gone, it is gone forever. And the reason we have beautiful countryside in Britain is because of farmers…not corporations who plaster solar panels over it.
This beautiful farmland landscape in Bedfordshire is at huge risk of being destroyed with 1,900 acres of solar panels. The site is larger than 1,000 football pitches. This is wrong on many levels. Mass scale solar panels shouldn’t be plastered on farmland.
