I had a delightful lunch at GluFree Pancake in #Luxembourg. Certified #glutenfree flour, and many sweet and savoury options. I had the smoked salmon and guacamole pancakes. So fluffy! ❤️ The owner (Sandra), her daughter is celiac.

@TheCeliacScene Hello, my friend! Could I reprint this (with credit) in Celiac Canada newsletters of which I'm editor? 😀
(Also, has GF Foodies in Vic ceased to operate? It's been awhile!)
Have been on several flights recently, for holiday season travel, within North America. I'd like to give a shout-out to @Delta Airlines for offering a #glutenfree snack as one of their basic offerings!
Alaska, American, and Westjet could take lessons.

Squeezed in a day trip to #Toulouse, in southern France, and popped over to a café with lots of #glutenfree options, as recommended on the Find Me GF app. Breakfast time here, so I went with a verrine framboisier (raspberry) and a soy latté with a strawberry flavour shot.
Here in Spain, you can get the little @mcdonalds hamburger for 1,40 euro ($2.05 CDN). No upcharge for the #glutenfree bun. A GF bun on its own usually costs $2 Canadian back home! And it's a good one - didn't crumble in the slightest. Thanks to Dr. Schär for supplying the buns!
This was the #glutenfree option available, by request only, in the @Aspirelounge at #YYC. I'm not sure what it is, apart from it being vegetables. I think a blob of squash and tomatoes with beans. Certainly could be better. Makes me look forward to the airplane food to come, lol.
Close to home, but still a culinary journey. A totally #glutenfree Mexican restaurant.
The grasshopper tacos were just too interesting not to try. It was out of my comfort zone, and legs kept sticking in my teeth, but I'm glad I tried it. And high in protein!

It's so rare that we can get deep-fried pickles... so you gotta try them every time. Am I right??
This is at Fish on Fifth in Sidney, British Columbia, Canada. Yes, they have #glutenfree#fishandchips!

We stopped off for lunch as we head back to Victoria from Seattle, via Vancouver. Thanks to @findmegf, I realized there was a place near the train station that does #glutenfree#friedchicken!!
Probably the closest I've tasted to #KFC since being diagnosed.

Baking #glutenfree bread isn't my forte... but the results are usually better than this mess. 🤣
I'm reminded of that famous phrase - it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get! 😉

There are so many gluten-free fish and chips places around where I live now! Why does Fish on Fifth in Sidney, BC stand out?
They also have gluten-free deep fried pickles! Obviously I had to try them. 😋
The deep-fried salmon was also wonderful!

Went for a Thai dinner shortly after arriving here in #Glasgow with my wife, parents, brother, and sister in law.
After checking the @findmegf app, we would up going with #Panang in the city centre. I enjoyed pad thai and pineapple fried rice. ❤️

We just happened to walk by this #Barcelona#glutenfree bakery - so obviously I had to get something! I haven't had a cinnamon bun in a long time, and it certainly did not disappoint! Why can't I make them like this?!?

For lunch today, my wife and I headed to a #glutenfree pizza place here in #Barcelona. The thin crust carbonara was excellent! We were concerned that it may be closed, as we went at 2:30pm and places in Spain often close in the afternoon for "siesta", but this place was packed!
Visiting the beautiful country of #Andorra today, I came across the "0% Gluten" bakery. Much was purchased!
Pardon the damaged appearance of some, but there was some squishing in my bag.
The pink raspberry square and the alfajore were my favourites.
