@GooglePlayBiz We did not resend a duplicate appeal request. And it appears that it’s not even possible to do this, as you can only appeal one time. But the whole process is extremely unclear.
Well. Our Android app was just removed from Google Play for a pretty vague subscriptions policy violation, even though we haven’t changed anything substantial about our messaging or the way it works in years. Anyone have any experience with this?
@GooglePlayBiz After not making any changes to the app, we just received another warning about a violation of the policy. We now are on the clock again. There is clearly something wrong with your process. Please escalate this issue.
@NinaShiffrin It will thankfully still work for people who have already downloaded it. But it will not get any updates until this is resolved. And people cannot download it for the first time anymore.
@moxfieldmtg@LordWaffleStomp We hear you. If you stray beyond the dedicated gluten-free places listed, it certainly becomes much more challenging to eat safely. We think of the listings as "warm leads", and depending how many reviews there are and how recently, we definitely encourage you to call ahead.
Celiac disease is sometimes called a "clinical chameleon" because it can have many different symptoms. Some patients have primarily GI issues, some have mostly neurological, and some have none at all! Here's a chart with a few less well-known symptoms.

@chadwilken Still haven't figured out how to leverage AI or ChatGPT to make finding gluten-free friendly restaurants any easier. It's a really hard problem to solve and I don't think AI is up for the challenge yet.
