So what i'm taking from this is that (a) my money is not secure with you because you let people use a card fraudulently that is locked, and (b) you refuse to refund money that has been stolen because your security sucks. Great.

Was just told the matter had been resolved without any explanation and the money would not be refunded. Been trying to follow up for 2 weeks, and keep getting referred to 'Channel disputes' - a phone number that goes straight to voicemail and never calls me back.

@British_Airways been trying to call and get in touch, but call centres down, can't log in to manage my booking, no response to online voucher request over a month ago. Flight SYD to LHR due to leave in 72hrs and need to cancel for a refund. think the flight is cancelled anyway?

I've got a 3 month old baby and just had to cancel my flights back to the UK to meet his grandparents for the first time. So sad, but not worth the risk.
