My wife just spent four hours waiting in Urgent Care at the nearest hospital, on the advice of the NHS Maternity Service, because she's showing signs of preeclampsia. Can lead to fatal blood clots. She's a high-risk pregnancy.

Seen by an African nurse who barely speaks English, and makes multiple spellings errors in her notes and hospital letter.

After four hours of waiting, she's seen by a doctor — who tells her to make her own way to another hospital to wait in the Accident & Emergency department to get tested there instead.

Comes home and calls the hospital, who transfers her to a maternity service, also staffed by an African woman with an indecipherable accent, totally indifferent to the urgency of the situation. Tells her to come into the hospital and wait.

We went to this same hospital months ago, when we thought she had miscarried. Took seven hours to see us, and after telling us twice we had probably lost the baby, they did an ultrasound which showed she was fine. Somehow, they managed to miss A SECOND BABY with the ultrasound, though.

So now she's in A&E for another few hours, either for a life-threatening condition that's getting worse while she waits, or for something a quick scan and an Aspirin prescription will fix in moments.

No wonder maternal mortality has increased.

The incompetence, inefficiency, waste, and negligence in NHS maternity services is astounding. It's not just strain on the system from demand: it's that frontline staff are not compassionate or qualified.

Nobody seems willing to criticise this because it's mean, but so many people who interact with NHS services have a bad story.

It doesn't have to be like this. I don't care what needs to change to make it work. Just make it fit for purpose.

South Africa is the only country that built nuclear weapons and then deliberately destroyed them before a new demographic majority took power.

By 1989, they had 6 assembled warheads and a working intermediate range missile that also launched satellites, all developed alone under total embargo.

Sneako is a good example of a common phenomenon: the racial alien who grows up enjoying a great standard of living in the West, has no reason to feel anything for Whites but gratitude and should be an ideal case of "integration," yet still ends up making resentment of their hosts the core of their worldview.

Sneako grew up to a middle-class family in Connecticut and attended a private school paid for by his immigrant parents, yet he larps as a black New Yorker. He adopted Malcolm X and Andrew Tate as his idols because they were more self-assured mulatto men who seemed to assert an identity outside White cultural norms, and even converted to Islam to imitate them. He has since made his entire justification for his religion that it is the most universal and anti-racist creed, because he is absolutely obsessed with "White supremacy."

He gradually went from red pill slop content to brown clown leftism because the one constant incentive he couldn't resist was the racial justice angle, which like most Muslim immigrants in the West trumps any of the other social values his religion might prescribe.

But like many brown clowns who adopt the language of leftism to articulate their hatred, the mask always eventually comes off and it becomes clear the driving force is his resentment of White civilization and cope for his feelings of inferiority and deracination.

Interestingly if you look at the profile of Islamic terrorists in the West, many are second-generation immigrants who came from middle-class families and lived pretty liberal, degenerate lifestyles before a sudden dramatic conversion – and they are typically driven by the same resentment.

Let this be a lesson.

Vivek spent Christmas 2024 insulting American culture to justify importing hundreds of thousands of Indians on H-1B visas to occupy mid- and entry-level jobs meant for Americans. Then he had the gall to do it again at America Fest last year.

The right is so desperate to annex leftist voter blocks and acquit itself of tiresome charges of racism that it practices DEI and promotes candidates who are openly scornful of white people.

It offers young white men nothing and takes their votes for granted, as we become a vanishing demographic in our own countries.

Young white men are the most talented, motivated, and invested population. They are your voting base and recruitment pool. Yet the institutional right treats them with contempt — then has a moral panic when they listen to provocative podcasts which say "It doesn't have to be this way" instead.

If you wonder why young men want to burn their own side down and start again, look no further than Vivek Ramaswamy.

Start representing their concerns, and letting them represent themselves, and you'll have nothing to worry about.
