A PITTSBURGH PEDIATRICIAN WAS STABBED TO DEATH IN HIS OWN BED WHILE HIS KIDS FLED FOR THEIR LIVES.

Dr. Idris Evans woke up to a man in his underwear attacking him and his wife with a kitchen knife. He fought for his family and still died. His wife is fighting for her life in critical condition, and their two kids, eight and twelve, had to run out of that house to a neighbor after their mother screamed for them to get out.

This is pure evil. A doctor who spent his career saving sick children was butchered in his own home, and investigators still do not even know if the suspect knew them. America has gotten soft on monsters, soft on crime, and soft on the idea that your bedroom should be the safest place on earth. Lock this animal up forever and pray for that family. The Bible told us where Noah's Ark landed. 4,000 years later, they're drilling right there.

Genesis 8:4: "The ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat."

This week, scientists started drilling into a 515-foot, boat-shaped formation in the mountains of Ararat in eastern Turkey. Radar scans show angular walls, a central corridor, and three levels underground. Genesis 6:16 says the ark had three decks.

The right place. The right shape. The right size. The right number of decks.

Skeptics said the Hittites never existed, until their capital was dug up. They said Pontius Pilate was a legend, until his name turned up carved in stone. They said King David was a myth, until an ancient inscription named "the house of David."

Every time, the ground ends up agreeing with the Bible.

The Ark was real. The Flood was real. God's Word was always true.

I have been looking at 2 kings 19,where King Hezekiah received a letter from the king of Assyria. It was full of threats, fear, and intimidation. Everything around him suggested that defeat was certain.

But Hezekiah did something many of us forget to do.
The Bible says,

"Hezekiah received the letter from the messengers and read it. Then he went up to the temple of the Lord and spread it out before the Lord." 2 Kings 19:14

He did not argue with the letter. He did not let fear make the decision. He took the matter straight to God.

And God answered!
He sent a word through the prophet Isaiah, promising to defend Jerusalem. That very night, the angel of the Lord struck down 185,000 Assyrian soldiers. The same king who had threatened Hezekiah went back home in shame, and his reign ended in defeat. God fought the battle that Hezekiah could never have won on his own.

Tonight, take your letter to the temple.
Spread before God the report that has stolen your peace. The rejection. The unpaid bills. The doctor's report. The family battle. The delay. The burden you have carried in silence.

Do not end this day holding what God is waiting to handle.
Your victory may not begin with a strategy. It may begin with surrender.
The letter is not the final word. Heaven is.

The battle changed the moment Hezekiah entered the temple. Yours can change tonight.
May the God who answered Hezekiah answer you before the sun rises.

Declare it in faith:
Heaven has the final word over my life!

I once went through a season where I was so far gone I thought God had abandoned me. I didn’t lose my faith but I did start to question Him and wonder why He was allowing certain things to happen to me.

I asked Him to heal me. He said no. Instead, He did something even better - He brought me back to Him.

It is not my will, but His will be done. In my darkness He was the light and He saved me from myself. He is good always.

Gopher has officially gone underground.

Our specially built subterranean drone just completed its first deployment at the Durupınar formation, entering through an access hole along the side of the formation.

This little guy was built for a very specific job: exploring spaces that we can’t reach ourselves and giving the team a look at what’s happening below the surface.

And for a first deployment, Gopher did a great job.

There are a few modifications we want to make to improve his efficiency and maneuverability, so he’ll be heading back to the United States for some upgrades before his next mission.

This is exactly what field research looks like, build it, test it, learn from it, improve it, and send it back in.

Gopher’s first mission is complete.
