@Ford then i called @Ford and spoke with a customer service rep and then say they called the dealership where my truck was to see what they could do. Come to find out they called and never asked about the situation. They just asked how much would it cost for me to get it fixed.

Bruh the world messed up. I took my truck to @fordmotorco for a recall. Nothin was wrong with it before i took it. Got it back and it’s worse than before. But yet they say i have to pay for it
