Trying to be realistic with Day 2.
It's gonna be a WR.
I see WR Malachi Corley, I can feel it:
YAC king, RB-density, coached by Ulbrich @ SeniorBowl and a good personality.
A bit raw, but we should get him with a small trade-up
LFGJ!
C. J. Stroud and Micah Parsons debating their Best Offense vs. Best Defense is one of the coolest things we've seen in a while π₯
π₯: @BleacherReport
WR rookies>>OL rookies at the beginning of their careers.
I believe the Jets will draft one of the top 3 WR in the 2024 draft as his impact will be immediate.
For a make/break regime, it is the safest bet at the top of the draft imo.
@TheJetPress It looks like we found a solid tackle.
I believe in him, he has a great body type and a lot of room to improve.
With LT1, LT2 or LT3 in the next draft, we might have a young but good pass pro.
@NFLRookieWatxh Your maths are wrong: percentages should read respectively 0.2% and 0.4% but your conclusion is completely right: he was a fantastic steal in the draft.
@SaucedArod Can you get that Cousins & Rodgers make no sense?!?!
Now or in 2024!
Stop maximizing your hopes in all free agents or ready-to-play mercenaries.
@SethWalder Hey Seth-
Probabilities/Predictions are there to help deciding, nothing more. They are not the truth.
What if the Jets brass saw something you did not?
He was completely misused at Wisconsin.
Gibbs at 12 is a reach.
WmD is not, as we have no clue how good he could become.
I like a lot our pick at 15. So twitchy, bendy and quick.
I think he will become a beast if he bulks up a bit.
I'd love Adetomiwa Adebawore for our next pick.
Our way to beat teams seems obvious:
"Hey dear QB, we're gonna make your life hell, inside out."
Now that AR is 99% a Jet, here is my wishlist for the draft:
- WR JSN (r1)
- OT Broderick Jones (r1) or Dawand Jones (r2)
- Edge Nolan Smith (r1)
- DT Adetomiwa Adebaware (r2)
- TE Dalton Kincaid (2)
- S Brian Branch (2)
- LB Trenton Simpson (2)
- CB nope
- RB nope
Thoughts?
@jetswhispers When you are an American citizen, you cannot arbitrage the IRS, i.e. if you live in a country that has lower taxes than the US, you pay the difference to the US, and rightly so.
There should be the same system in the NFL. The actual system is unfair.
