$BTC pumps into the 61K region after printing new lows.
Here we are, another relief bounce on Bitcoin after sweeping sell-side liquidity.
For me, it's not interesting to long today anymore.
Why? The long happened during Asia, and it already had the expected move of the day.
Of course it could go higher, but based on probabilities it's taking risk to squeeze the last pips of the day.
The CVD again shows no aggressive buying pressure in this bounce, and spot cvd is rising a bit but not more than previous bounces that got wiped out.
If I were to trade today, it'll probably be an exhaustion trade short.
It's currently trading in the most aggressive POI, if I get a clean trigger here I might take it.
The next POI is laying above the 61.9K IRL, good liquidations there so if we get a nice reaction there I'm taking the short.
The final target for the shorts would be 58.8K, with a small % as runners as usual.
This was a profitable week, and we printed nicely on the shorts last couple of days.
It's also the last day of the week, so PA can get a bit bumpy due to big players closing BTC exposure.
Besides that, the move of the day almost fully happened during Asia, so I'm approaching today more passively.
$USDT Dominance - Update
We may be getting a flat pattern play out meaning we have another leg down to go before new highs.
Relief in the Crypto market is here before we get battered again.
Everyone wants to call the #BTC#Crypto bottom.
I'm not convinced we're there yet.
If this Elliott Wave count is correct, #Bitcoin could see a short-term bounce before one final decline into a potential Q4 low.
Until the market starts printing higher highs and higher lows, the primary trend remains down.
Patience pays.
Bitcoin bounced +$2,700 from the yearly low of $59,100 yesterday and closed the daily candle above $61,000.
$300 million in longs were liquidated as BTC retested the June 5 low of $59,130.
$BTC almost tapped the $59,000 zone before a bounceback.
The only concern is this rally has been driven mostly by short positions being closed.
But if spot demand arrives and Bitcoin reclaims the $65,000 level, it could see a decent rally.
$BTC Testing its range low again putting in an equal low vs the drop in early June.
The Weekly 200MA has been lost and that ~$59K low will now be a target to aim for by the bears.
$BTC Low timeframe chopping around and starting to form this falling wedge pattern.
This is on top of high timeframe support with the big $60K area below and the Weekly 200MA.
But the bigger trend is obviously still down so it's best to wait for these structures to actually break out and get confirmation.
Because if this were to lose the current area and start testing $60K again I think that would signal the next leg down in the high timeframe down trend.
So just a matter of waiting here to see what we get. Not a market where you should be pre-positioning hoping for a move because you'll get chopped up.
Alts arguably better/easier to trade the past few weeks as they have been seeing some decent volatility at least.
🚨ALERT: BITCOIN FALLS BELOW $61K
Bitcoin just dropped under $61,000, ERASING gains in the past TWO WEEKS.
$190 MILLION in long positions have been liquidated as the crypto selloff deepens.
$BTC Has made it to its .786 Fibonacci retracement level from the initial bounce.
If you've been following me for some time, you might have seen me post about these before.
Over the past few years, most of the major local tops & bottoms have been set after a strong bounce and near full retrace into the .786 fibonacci retracement level.
This often makes it so traders & investors alike, expect the previous low or high to be broken, only for it to make a marginally higher low/high and continue the reversal.
This is why this was a level that I had highlighted being pretty much the last stand for the bulls before the $60K level gets tested and likely gives in.
So eyes on this area here. Bulls got work to do.
