Two days ago the NYPD's violent SRG unit skipped a city council hearing about its conduct. Today the unit, which is theoretically for counter-terrorism, is escorting fascists to go harass an abortion clinic and arresting people who are trying to defend the clinic.

Tony Mitchell was taken to jail after a mental health breakdown. Where he was held for 2 weeks, the footage available from his stay shows him in a concrete room with nothing but walls and a drain in the floor to urinate in. Tony didn't even have a mat to sleep on.
Contrary to the jail's claims Tony was unresponsive when he was taken to the hospital, the official cause of death was hypothermia. His body had approximately 5 hours to warm up before being checked and he still had an internal temperature of 72f (22c).
Tony was locked in a freezer and left to die.
