Thanks to Foundation Derbyshire we have funding in place to recruit a very special person.
Some young people need more than activities. They need someone who believes in them. We're seeking a passionate Youth Enterprise & Creative Support Worker to help vulnerable young people build confidence, develop skills and discover opportunities through enterprise, creativity and mentoring:

We have just ordered a large amount of food from Mcdonalds, derby. The food was cold, the order was incomplete and the chips were cartons weren't full. We are a registered charity and this was a special treat for our young people. We are so disappointed @McDonaldsUK
Revive has taken 30 children and young people on holiday today to Butlin's Skegness for a much needed break to the seaside. We have an action packed week planned taking in shows, games, crazy golf (thanks to Arnold Palmer and the Jolly Roger Adventure Golf) and a special trip to Fantasy Island to ride the huge roller coasters and watch the fireworks.
None of this would not have been possible without the support of Rolls Royce Rotative’s and the fundraising of Matthew Shillcock and James Spay – who took on the incredible challenge of running four back to back marathons in 24 hours. Thank you to everyone that has donated to this wonderful cause. We hope everyone has a fabulous time
James and Matt will be setting off from Rolls Royce this Friday (26th July), with the aim of reaching the Jolly Fisherman at Skegness on Saturday morning (27th). Revive, James and Matt set an aspirational target of £10k to take our children and young people to Butlins at Skegness in August.
Thanks to everyone that has donated, our total currently stands at £9,604 which is a huge achievement. We have just £396 to go! (£5k was gifted direct to Revive by a donor who doesn’t wish to be identified, £3,895 has been donated on the Crowdfund page and £709 in gift aid as at 13.50 on the 24th July).
The run will be covered by BBC Radio Derby and the Revive Team, who will be at the finish line in Skegness. We will be posting regular updates, so please follow the Revive Charity on Facebook. We wish Matt and James the best of luck and are in awe that they are taking on this epic challenge for Revive and our young people. Thank you Matt and James.
Revive would like to thank everyone that has donated to our Crowd Funding campaign and would like to share some very exciting news with you. An anonymous donor has been in touch to make a confidential donation of £5k towards our Summer holiday to Butlin’s Skegness. This very generous donation, that will be paid direct to Revive, takes our grant total to £7,810, plus £498.25 in gift aid. We are just £2,190 short of our overall target. As there’s not much time left, please keep sharing our page, every penny counts. On the day of the run, we will be on Radio Derby talking about this huge epic challenge. We will also been in Skegness at the finish line.
SAS Skegness - While we still have a long way to go to reach our target, we passed the £2,000 donation mark this week-end, so many thanks to everyone that’s donated so far to support the incredible running event, in support of our Charity, later in July. Please repost if you can.
