Friendly running club based in North Solihull, West Midlands, England. We meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.30pm at North Solihull Sports Centre.

December Grand Prix race cancelled!
Our booking for our race hq was cancelled yesterday due to norovirus. We have been trying to book an alternative venue without luck. We are sorry to have to do this, but we have no choice. We will rearrange the race to a date in the new year.

To support and encourage people to get involved in running, we are supporting Run Birmingham by helping with ‘walk to run’ sessions.

They will run on Wednesdays at 6.30pm on the track at North Solihull Sports Centre in Chelmsley Wood. They will be run by EA qualified coaches.

90 mins to 2hrs. (Off road shoes recommended).
