@Uber_Support I need help. My grocery order was cancelled by the courier after he shouted at me and took the order back after handing it to me. This is unacceptable. Please can you investigate and refund. I can’t seem to get past the Chat bots in the app to report and sort this.

@British_Airways Hi there. I’ve tried to contact BA to speak about this as I really need to try and get on a flight to London today if I can. The airport staff advised to contact customer services. Live chat said they can’t help. The US customer service number doesn’t connect. What should I do?

@British_Airways not only is my flight from Miami delayed currently indefinitely, the service for getting us to a hotel and giving us information at Miami Airport is utterly appalling with rude unhelpful staff. This is such a horrible experience as a female solo traveller.
