@DeliverooHelp now foods arrived... 2hrs and 15 minutes after we ordered. Everything has had to be reheated here because it was so cold. Parts of the order are missing, everything was cold... why offer a delivery if there's no drivers local or available? Really disappointed.
@DeliverooHelp officially 2hrs since we ordered from @BurgerKingUK, still not got any food and still no delivery driver assigned to us. How do I get a refund for this as we will likely be closed by the time you find us a driver! This us not an acceptable delay!
@DeliverooHelp Not good enough! We ordered for work and will be closing soon, one staff member has already had to leave and as such has lost their food. Why quote a time if you can't stick too it? It's now saying it'll be delivered by 21.00! That'll be 2hrs after ordering
@DeliverooHelp ordered food an hour ago and still not been delivered. Latest delivery is now saying 20.40pm. This is well over the 30 to 45 minute wait we were estimated, had we known it would be this long would not have ordered.
@Uber_Support my uber eats delivery was cancelled as they used the wrong address on order, when I saw the mistake I tried to change it but was charged as the merchant had started my order. The address was correct when I ordered, so error on the app not me. Need refund for it.

@BurgerKingUK yet another horrific experience of service today Firstly the screens not showing the menu items as advertised on the boards, then burgers not listed as part of voucher deal. Then a 20 minute wait for our food to be cold and stodgy! Full complaint in screenshot below
@UberEats half of my order from Burger King was missing. Tried to open a ticket but they refunded the fries and now unable to submit the remainder of the items missing!
A double bacon cheeseburger, fries and the condiments were all missing!
