CertHum

CertHum is laying the foundation for Web3.

Certified Human by companies that you choose.

[CertHum @CertHum]

@Acurast has hundreds of thousands of phones hooked up to the platform.

They've saved decades if not centuries of electronics waste.

This is the time to take back what we do with our electronics.

[Acurast @Acurast]

Crypto agents have wallets. But where do they run them?

An agent that signs transactions needs confidential, verifiable compute no single provider controls.

Acurast runs them inside TEEs on phones. They can even pay for their own compute via x402.

We have created a new @monad validator dashboard called SimpleMonad.

SimpleMonad is for when you just need your staking dopamine fix, and a view that your staked validator is active and creating blocks.

Explaining @category_xyz’s proposal for flexible auth, vs EIP-8130: https://t.co/1UbQB14Y4K

Simpler, more focused on protecting EOAs from quantum computing, and compatible with async execution (which blockchains will eventually converge on anyway)

Becoming a compute provider takes a download and a few minutes.

Install Acurast Processor Lite, leave it open on the charger overnight, and your phone receives ACU for providing compute to a global decentralized cloud.

No spare device needed. No factory reset.

Next stop, 100ms

[CertHum @CertHum]

@mar1dev Likewise.

Your conviction in working on Moonbeam and the Polkadot ecosystem was unparalleled and a real source of inspiration.

Hopefully we can collaborate again, but on a personal note, this isn't the end of the relationship.

[CertHum @CertHum]

Goodnight Moonbeam - A farewell to one of the most ambitious projects in Polkadot.

[CertHum @CertHum]

Thank you to all the individuals and businesses that staked with CertHum through the years.

Moonbeam was the seed that helped CertHum grow to where it is today, and we will always be grateful to the collaboration that grew out of that.

While we are sad to see the sunset of the chain, we are proud to have played a part with Moonbeam in defining web3.

"So long, and thanks for all the fish"

Missed the GLMR Migration Deadline?

The public migration window closed on July 31, 2026, at 23:59 UTC, and the GLMR migration bridge is no longer processing transfers.

I remember watching Back To the Future Part II sometime before the date of the plot’s setting, and being amused by the renditions of 2015 life. Some things seemed outlandishly silly, and others seemed hopelessly outdated.

I doubt the intention was to make the depiction of 2015 comedic. But we are just pretty bad at extrapolating future tech and the life impacts that come of it. Our primers for future life are deeply anchored by the normalcies of today. It’s difficult to predict what changes will land, which stick, and which eventually shift the new normals by several standard deviations.

When the mobile phone first rolled out in the 1990s, it was an accelerant for business growth. But it remained insulated to a limited business-centric market, inaccessible to the masses. Yet through small iterative changes and manufacturing optimizations with cheaper and more scalable parts, these now-ubiquitous devices are accessible to, and have changed the day-to-day lives of just about everyone.

The iPhone continues to be a great example of that shift. I recall a lot of 🤯 reactions when the iPod Touch suddenly transformed into a phone! Ridiculed at first, it is now hard to argue against the utility that a seamless form factor and a dynamic interface bring. What we do on and with our phones today once seemed impossible. And with the rollout of newer folding phones with different screen resolutions and screen real estate, I’m certain we’ll see more usage shifts in ways that we can’t yet fathom.

When credit cards first hit the market, they were met with extreme skepticism and largely negative connotations. With the exception of Diners Club, credit and its associated cards were seen with distrust. It took concerted effort to reverse its reputation before becoming widely adopted as a form of modern money for both consumers as well as merchants. Decades later, cashless is oft seen as the preferred mode of exchange. Doubtful anyone in 1950s expected an economy to run without cash, let alone through tap-to-pay interfaces on a cordless, full-color screened, button-less phone-that-is-really-a-mini-computer that fits in your back pocket!

The ubiquity of cashless payments and tiny pocket-sized super computers may have been hard to picture at their respective beginnings, but their impact on the ways of today’s world is undeniable. That is my vision for Monad and what blockchain brings more broadly. I’m betting that we haven’t, and perhaps can’t, see the full picture yet.

Monad in its current form is a strong foundational layer. It has the inherent performance, scale, and decentralized properties that are requisites to further innovation. What comes next are the iterative improvements. The seemingly small UX changes. The incremental augmentations to consensus. And better interfaces for tedious, confusing, or historically dangerous user flows.

And the pace at which these changes are coming is impressive. A small sample here, with Mera having been launched TODAY!

> Mera (https://t.co/mLg4okEVLj) - an open-source library that gives a two-click passkey experience to onchain apps! This is huge UX unlock in today’s friction-heavy crypto onboarding flows.

> Cadence (https://t.co/h1d4poBBAU) - a multi-proposer BFT consensus mechanism with defense against malicious MEV coming to Monad soon

> App-specific sequencing https://t.co/q8k3Wsnvko

What’s better? The fact that Monad is open, accessible, and for everyone. It is excellent tech that is not just for the elite nor just for businesses. It is built to be open and built to be scalable for use cases we haven’t even dreamt of yet.

I reject the notion that “there is nothing left to optimize”, as told to me by another blockchain’s founder. I’m proud of seeing the work that the team at @category_xyz is spearheading. I’m proud of the work that @monad foundation is focused on. I’m proud to say that the Monad we see today is not the Monad that will be a year from now, perhaps several standard deviations away.

This is the last day to revoke stake from CertHum's collaror to meet the bridging deadline.

Any questions, please visit the Moonbeam forum or Telegram group.

CertHum's collator will cease to operate at the end of the month.

We are truly grateful for your support through the years sn

[CertHum @CertHum]

If you are currently staking with CertHum on Moonbeam, please unstake today.

The RT provides instructions on how to bridge. CertHum was unaware of this change and any queries should be directed to the Official Moonbeam Discord or Telegram accounts.

[Moonbeam @MoonbeamNetwork]

Something big is happening and we want you to be part of it.

After years of building on Polkadot, Moonbeam and GLMR are going somewhere new. Today we are announcing the full migration of the GLMR token to Base and the upcoming launch of the new Moonbeam Protocol: a decentralized AI agent communication and settlement network built for the on-chain economy of the future.

Compute is scarce. Old smartphones are not.

@Acurast closes that gap, turning the most abundant piece of personal hardware in the world into productive, rewarded infrastructure.

Your spare phone isn't dead. It's just waiting.
