Around 10% of menopausal women resign due to their menopausal symptoms and a survey we did found that 19% reduced their hours and 18% had taken more then 8 weeks off work due to their symptoms. All organisations including @NHSEngland need to take note of this. @NHMenoSociety

“Many women think they have dementia. We know brain fog improves with HRT. If it helps reduce dementia risk too, then that’s incredible.” Read my feature in the latest article of @TheSun here: https://t.co/pcCcrb0Egv #HRT#menopausetreatment#menopause
Several years ago, media reports linked HRT to an increased risk of breast cancer and blood clots. Some of these studies were actually misreported in the media and medical press. More up-to-date research indicates that, for most women, the benefits of HRT outweigh any risks. #HRT

House of Commons to become 'menopause-friendly workplace'
Although this is great that the menopause is being spoken about, menopause is more than “asking for support at work”. If women received treatment then working wouldn’t be such an issue https://t.co/Og78h99A2X

Body-identical HRT has been shown to help to protect women’s brains. A new observational American research project, led by Dr Roberta Diaz Brinton, found that women on transdermal estrogen had a 73% reduction in dementia, and a 55% reduction in MS compared to women not using HRT
