I just handed out 12 trophies to students who hit $1M revenue this year.
They all followed the same 5-step framework.
But 90% of brands skip the last step and that's why they plateau at $1K/day.
Here's the system 🧵
Every secret and hack i've used over the last 10 years to create ads that generate millions

Stop worrying about your day over day Meta ads performance.
Starting late last year/early this year, Meta rolled out a change to how daily budgets can fluctuate.
Meta advertisers cannot rigidly control daily ad spend as well as before.
It used to be that set daily budgets could fluctuate up to 25% from your set budget, but that was changed to be 75%.
From Meta:
"When you set your daily budget, you're setting an average daily spend over the course of a week. This means that every day, we’ll strive to get roughly your daily budget’s worth of the result you optimized for. However, there may be certain days when better opportunities are available. On those days, we may spend up to 75% over your daily budget.
Your charges will average out over a calendar week (Sunday to Saturday). That means for every week ending Saturday at midnight, you won’t spend more than 7 times your daily budget."
For example, if you set a daily budget of $10k, it can spend up to $17.5k or as little as $2.5k in a given day, but will not exceed a total of $70k for the week. Whereas with the 25% previously, it would've been a more reasonable $12.5k max and $7.5k min per day.
That's a potential spend range of $2,500 to $17,500 per day that's out of our control.
Although scary, this is generally a good thing for advertisers!
Ad inventory and user/buying behavior fluctuates every day, so this helps Meta better account for that to get you the best possible performance from your ad dollars.
We can't really understand why it's spending more or less on a given day, but I'd caution any advertiser who thinks they need to control or counteract this.
Maybe one day there's lots of cheap available inventory to reach newer customers. Maybe another day there's more ad auction competition. Maybe another day is a day consumers finally shop after having seen ads all week.
🤷♂️
We can't know! But we have to trust the system. And even if you don't trust it, you still have to deal with it.
Try to not dwell on individual days, instead, focus on rolling 7-day (or at least 3-day) averages.
I hope you found this valuable or send this to your client the next time they're concerned about spending too much or too little in a given day.
How to 10x your creative strategy using AI (in 48 mins or less)
If you’re a media buyer or creative strategist still scripting ads manually, this will save you hours.
We just released a full workflow guide from the AI E-Commerce Intelligence Summit (@triplewhale x @gorgiasio) that shows how to turn competitor UGC ads into high-converting, research-backed video briefs using:
- Triple Whale’s AI Agent
- https://t.co/lgilpCQ9zu
- Apify + Reddit scrapers
A scalable, systemised concept development built to feed Meta & TikTok at volume.
Here’s what it unlocks:
✅ Automatically rewrites UGC scripts into universal frameworks
✅ Breaks down hooks, shot types, visuals, audio and on-screen copy
✅ Cross-analyses top ads by CTR, thumbstop, and retention
✅ Surfaces repeatable patterns to brief your creators
✅ Uses Reddit scraping to inject raw customer language
And it’s all AI-powered.
If your brand (or agency) struggles to brief fast enough to keep up with ad fatigue, this changes the game.
