Remember to teach your patients about the importance of incorporating about 25-35 grams of fiber in their diet and encourage at least 2 liters of water to help prevent constipation of their bowels
Especially patients taking opioids, CCBs, & even iron pills on the daily! #Nurs7

Some common early symptoms of meningitis can often me overlooked, so it’s good to get checked out if you start to have a:
1. Fever
2. Headache
3. Stiff neck
4. Restlessness
So if you have any/all of these symptoms, hopefully you don’t have a form of meningitis 🥴
