I am writing regarding a phone charger I purchased from your store which has just experienced a serious failure and caused damage to my electrical socket.
While in normal use, the charger overheated and appears to have short-circuited, resulting in an explosion
@CeXSupport my item hasn’t arrived. Your shipping label has though but attached to another parcel not from CEX. I have put a ticket in but reply’s are so slow. They suggested checking with neighbours etc, but not there.
It’s probably with Royal Mail somewhere but with no label.

I've recived the wrong product, I orderd a "Legion go S" and I got the "legion go" Please let me know how I can get my order or refund asap - I had booked 2 days off to play my new console and now may lose out twice cos of CEX!
@CeXSupport can this be replied to please before closing today. This entire process is extremely unacceptable. You can promise funds to be transferred then leave that person in the dark with no update.
@CeXSupport placed an order on your website on 20th…first I got 3 emails saying order placed, even got a tracking number, then suddenly got an email saying item refunded with no explanation. After following up with CS, the first person said the order has been dispatched…
@CeXSupport Hi, yesterday afternoon just after 2pm I traded in a legion and a Nintendo switch at your Eastbourne store. I am yet to receive the funds in my account. On the test slip it said that it would be complete by 5pm yesterday, I wanted to ask for your help please.
